General Booking Terms and Conditions

This Agreement will be considered firm and binding on receipt of a deposit of 40% of the basic accommodation rate.
For convenience you may wish to pay this deposit by faxing us your credit card details (number and expiry date).

Cancellation conditions

In the event of cancellation less than 21 days before arrival, the whole deposit will be retained unless the room can be re-let.
The deposit will be reimbursed 30 days after written receipt of cancellation.
We wish to remind you that the deposit will be retained and reimbursed only at the end of your contracted stay.
In case of early departure we reserve the right to retain the full deposit.

La Ferme de Capelongue offers 10 deluxe guest apartments accommodating from 2 to 12 people. In a uniquely peaceful atmosphere, the view from each apartment overlooks the village and valley of Bonnieux. From every terrace the scented garden of aromatic herbs created by Chef Édouard Loubet welcomes you to the perfumes of Provence.
A stay at the Ferme de Capelongue is the epitome of luxury and refinement. Decorated in a clean and contemporary style (from the Studio for two to four people, to the magnificent Pigeonnier Suite for eight to twelve guests) each appartment is fully equipped to the highest standard and includes central heating, air-conditioning, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware and china, hi-fi, plasma TV, direct dial telephone, WiFi. Ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, hairdryer, linen, iron and ironing board. Each appartment has it's own terrace equipped with garcden furniture.
Impeccable service throughout and refined and contemporary decor in a calm and unique atmosphere.

These rates get along in hiring, with the linen necessary, kitchenette and terrace
The Farm of Capelongue will accomodate you between 4 p.m. and 19 hours
Any reservation will be validated only after reception of a supplemented contract.
