• A fario trout heading back up the river catches his eye. He gathers, observes and waits. Édouard Loubet is filled with wisdom, a quality that enables him to pour olive oil into the skillet at just the right moment. Such is the life of this bird of good omen. In the morning, he smoothes his feathers at the top of the snow-capped mountains; in the evening, he comes home with a bag full of rare herbs and roots… his children will shower kisses on this magician of a father.
